Trent Minner, Principal
Trent Minner has spent his career working across Arkansas's legislative, executive, and regulatory systems—experience that helps him understand how policy gets made and implemented.
He got his start in government service as a legislative liaison and policy advisor for Governor Asa Hutchinson, then managed Congressman French Hill's 2020 re-election campaign. He went on to serve as an Assistant Attorney General in the Public Protection Division under Attorney General Leslie Rutledge and practiced litigation and regulatory law in private practice.
Most recently, Trent served as Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders's Deputy Legislative Director during her first legislative session, then as the Department of Finance and Administration's Regulatory Administrator, overseeing the state's regulation of alcohol, casino gaming, medical marijuana, tobacco, and horse racing.
Today, Trent advises a diverse portfolio of businesses, nonprofits, and trade associations on government relations, public affairs, and strategic communications. He also consults on political campaigns, helping candidates build the strategies and coalitions they need to win.
